figment of my imagination.

today i had my completion duty at PGH OR. there are many things happened in that 8 hours of duty; some good, some bad. 

-at last! im done with my 2 MAJOR OR cases! yay!:)

-i had a crush on one of my scrub nurse :)) his name is synonymous to a popular angel, st. michael :)) (funny i’d realized it long after he told his name to me:)) and oh, i just stalked him in FB… he has a girlfriend, and she also works at the same OR complex :( oh well. moving on.

-sir nick is still the same as ever. funny, straightforward, and nonchalant. although i forgot to give him a bottle of Coke as a christmas gift. and also he gave us a perfect score in our competency checklist and signed all of our cases! yay!:D

-the only sad thing is that the patient in my latter major OR case died because of complications. :( she’s a 13 year old girl who had complications from her lap chole procedure and developed ARDS. we tried to revive her for almost an hour, but she still didn’t made it. it was a first for me that a patient died after an OR procedure. may God bless her soul.

-we stayed at PGH OR up until 10:30 PM :))

so that’s about it. #random rant.
